In a Class of Its Own

WordPress does not have many competitors. Systems such as Shopify, Wix, Weebly and Square Space cannot be compared to WordPress both in terms of the number of active installs, free themes and plugins and simplicity of use. They also charge in USD which tends to fluctuate and generally don’t have an in-house email solution.

These systems are not open source and therefore they do not offer any export or interoperability between other systems. In other words, you can’t migrate your site out of them easily and into another platform. On the contrary, WordPress allows you to export pages, posts and media (pictures) to any other WordPress install or URL. Nor do these companies offer email services.

Web Design in WordPress

Typically design is controlled by a theme in WordPress. There are tens of thousands of themes available for use for free in the WordPress ecosystem. Dynamic Web Solutions has a group of about 50 themes that we customize for our customers. We do not do fully customized design (build from the ground up) as it is too costly for most businesses.

You Own It

All our WordPress websites are copy right to our customers and not to us. In other words, you own your site, and you can move it to another supplier at any time.

Training

We also offer WordPress training and orientation. We do not expect you to understand a new content management system out of the box and therefore offer training when we first hand over a WordPress website login to you. We also use Loom videos on your admin dashboard so that you can review what you learned at training in a short one to three-minute video before updating your blog, prices in your shop or changing a picture or whatever it is you need to do.
