We collect busienss & personal information from you, including information about your:

• name & company name
• contact information (email address and phone number)
• passwords and type of computer (for support purposes)
• billing information (e.g. GST number or NZBN, stored securely in Xero)

We collect your personal information in order to:

• register your domain name/s
• build your website/s
• list on business directory sites (as requested, requires the creation of accounts on your behalf)
• perform billing tasks
• send Spam Act compliant email to you

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• NZ domain name registrars in order to register your domain name
• Xero accounting system in order to perform billing operations
• Mailchimp in order to send spam-act compliant emails
• NZ business directories sites eg. Google My Business in order to promote your business

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter name, phone or address, we’ll be unable to provide certain services such as registering domain names. We are unlikely to do business with parties that will not or can not identify themselves.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
